We will refund your purchase price of any standard products purchased and returned to us in new condition with all of their accessories, packaging materials, manuals, etc. within 30 days. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you wish to take advantage of our return policy, please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization form to ensure that your return and your refund are properly processed. Please do not return any materials without prior authorization.
If you require a trial period of more than 30 days, please contact us for approval prior to making your purchase. If we agree to accept return of equipment after the 30-day (or otherwise pre-approved) trial period, it is subject to a 15% monthly restocking fee in addition to any additional restocking fees for additional wear-and-tear, damage, or loss of accessories and associated portions. If you wish to return your item during the trial period, please contact us first, and we will make preparations for the return of the items and your reimbursement.
Please note that the 30-day money-back guarantee will only apply to one (1) of a particular item. So, for example, you may not order multiple microscopes, and then return them. Instead you may order one of each individual item which may be returnable. Once you have determined that the item meets your needs, you can order the remaining items. In these cases we will do our best to assist you in qualifying for any quantity discount pricing you may have been eligible for had you made the full purchase initially. We try to be as flexible with this policy as we can, but please contact us with any specific questions or special needs or additional circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please keep in mind that if you are having any technical issues or problems with your order, please contact us for technical support prior to returning your equipment. Everyone, including us, has been guilty of not plugging in a piece of equipment or even turning it on and instead thinking something is wrong with a new item.
Quality Guaranteed: All of our products have an extended limited warranty, typically covering both parts and labor to repair any failure due to manufacturing defects for at least one full year from the time of purchase. Note that some items may have a longer extended limited warranty period.
We're aware that due to various circumstances, many labs will order equipment they do not immediately intend to use. For this reason, we recommend that upon receipt, you please unbox, inspect and/or test your equipment both for proper functionality and to guard against any unseen damage which may have occurred during shipping. Please save all packaging and shipping documents for a minimum of one month. We insure all of our shipments, but claims for either obvious or concealed damage must be made within seven (7) days of arrival for most of our shipping methods. We request that if any equipment does not seem to be working, that you do not open, alter, or otherwise modify or attempt to repair anything prior to contacting us. We are happy to assist you with any necessary troubleshooting to both save you time and preserve your right to any potential future insurance claims for damage during shipping.
